In order to optimally support the body and intestines in their important detoxification work in the morning, we will not disturb them. Fatty foods such as nuts, milk or avocados are not eaten in the morning as they can hinder the detoxification process. We only eat solid foods from midday onwards. Instead, we enjoy plenty of fruit juices and fresh fruit – pure detoxification!
