Then you're in the right place at the right time! You will learn a lot about the function of the intestines, how to cleanse, nourish, care for and keep them intact. Each intestine is directly connected to the brain and ensures that our immune system functions optimally. We will gently and effectively cleanse the intestinal tract with targeted, natural food supplements. So that the body and intestines can do their detoxification work, which takes place in the morning, in the best possible way, we will not disturb them. Fatty foods in the morning such as nuts, milk or avocados should therefore be avoided as they block detoxification. We will only eat solid food from midday onwards. We will enjoy plenty of fruit juices and fruit. Pure detoxification!
