Cancellation policy.
Transparent. Clearly and simply formulated. Fair.

It’s time to take a deep breath and recharge your batteries.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received within 60 days before the start of the retreat will be refunded 50% of the total amount (minus the deposit). The deposit will NEVER be refunded.

Within 30 days before the retreat: No refunds, no exceptions.

A processing fee of 3% will be charged for the refund.

A substitute can be sent.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy.

Cancellations cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness or personal emergencies.

There are no refunds or credits for no-shows or non-participation in the retreat, late arrivals or early departures. No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events can occur, so you should consider taking out travel insurance. If you take out travel insurance, we recommend that you choose a policy that covers both cancellation costs (so that your travel costs are covered if you or your family have a medical problem before or during the trip) and medical costs (in the event of an accident during the retreat). Most travel insurance policies must be taken out within 14 days of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel retreats if there is insufficient interest, in which case all monies paid to Pandanus Retreats will be refunded. Cancellation for this reason must be made at least 1 month before the start of the retreat. Pandanus Retreats cannot be held responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, incurred due to changes in itinerary or cancellation of the retreat.

Covid travel update

Please note that if the retreat is postponed due to border closures, a credit will be issued for the guest deposit which can be used for the rescheduled date. If the retreat goes ahead as planned but a guest does not wish to attend for any reason other than a border closure, the regular cancellation policy (see above) will apply.

If the trip around the world is still interrupted as the retreat approaches, the due date of the balance will be postponed until a final decision is made 1 month before the start date.
