I am delighted to be able to lead this unique retreat together with Claudia Lederer. Claudia has completed numerous training courses in group fitness and was also a popular personal trainer in Munich. She has been teaching and practicing yoga exclusively since 2003. In 2005 she completed the Jivamukti training in NY. (800 hour certified Jivamukti teacher) and subsequently completed various other yoga trainings.
Claudia combines all her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience from over 20 years of yoga teaching and the previous years in the fitness sector in her passion, her own brand and her own concept:

This special form of yoga reverses gravity and leads to a feeling of boundless freedom. All forms of inverted postures are possible without exerting force and without putting pressure on the head, neck and spine.
Free Floating Aerial Yoga strengthens the cardiovascular system and, thanks to its massage effect on the fascia, stimulates lymph flow and thus tightens the tissue. It also keeps the spine more flexible and supple than any other comparable yoga method or sport. Pure flying.
